February Has Been a Big Month For The Folks At Proclamation, And It’s Gonna Get Bigger

Ever since the start of the month, things have been rolling along in excellent fashion for the Proclamation Ale Company located on 298 Kilvert Street in Warwick. Back on February 3, they teamed up with The Park Theatre on 848 Park Avenue in Cranston to unveil a new collaborative beer. It’s called the “Park Theatre Pils” and along with having some snazzy artwork on the can, it’s currently available at all the concession stands within the theatre for folks who are at least 21 years old. Along with this cool endeavor, Proclamation are going to be celebrating their 11th year of business with a week-long celebration taking place in their taproom from February 19 - 23. As one can tell, this is a momentous time for the independently run brewery.

Regarding the new brew, both The Park Theatre and Proclamation are excited for this partnership for a variety of reasons. It’s also a grand opportunity for both the theatre and the brewery to widen their marketing scope.

“The Park Theatre is thrilled to include ‘The Park Theatre Pilsner Beer’ in our concessions lineup,” Venue Manager Sarah Shevlin says. “It’s a fantastic way to support a local business and elevate our guests’ experiences.”

“We are excited to partner with The Park Theatre and add a unique brew to the Cranston community,” Proclamation Owner & Creative Director Lori Witham adds. “We hope ‘The Park Theatre Pilsner Beer’ adds something special to every performance and event!”

For the anniversary extravaganza, Proclamation has a lot going on with an opportunity for everyone to join in on the celebration. On the 19, there’s going to be drag bingo hosted by the Black Sheep Babes with delicious food available for purchase courtesy of the food truck ABCD Brothers Kitchen. The following night will be another edition of the weekly trivia event put on by McCaughey Standard Trivia with some smoky and sweet goodness from South County BBQ. The folks at Juicy Market will be having their monthly vendors market on the 21 with Belly Busters serving up stacked sandwiches while the 22 will be a night of karaoke with Teddi’s Food Truck selling their spin on Asian cuisine. Closing out the festivities will be Carey Goodrich doing on-site printmaking as part of Proclamation’s “Hair Metal Sunday” with Artisan Bites bringing their charcuterie creations.

At some point this month and into the future, make sure to grab a glass of Proclamation’s new beer while enjoying yourself at one of the many events happening at The Park Theatre. Also, make sure to stop by the brewery during their anniversary week to partake in one of the many wicked fun happenings taking place.
