PROPOSED Ordinance 6-20-03 IN AMENDMENT OF CHAPTER 5.04.100 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED ‘LICENSES GENERALLY’
(Mooring Fees)
It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:
Section 1. Chapter 5.04.100 is hereby amended by adding the following to the chart for fees for licenses, permits and recordings:
Mooring Fee Club $105
Private: $150
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE 6-20-04 AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO UTILIZE EASTERN CRANSTON RECREATIONAL IMPACT FEES TO BUILD A SPLASH PAD IN WARD 3.
It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:
Section 1: The City of Cranston is hereby authorized to utilize $125,855
of Eastern Cranston Recreation Impact Fees to offset the FY21 capital expense as set forth in the FY21 budget for “Splash Pad.”
Section 2: This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
