Francine Ann (Petrucci) Falcone, 66, of Cranston, RI, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, January 12, 2021. She was born in Providence, RI on April 10, 1954 and was the daughter of the late Sosio “Sonny” Petrucci and Concetta “Connie” (Susi) Petrucci and the sister of the late Mark Petrucci.

Francine graduated from Cranston High School East and The Sawyer School. She worked for The City of Cranston’s Office of Community Development for over 20 years. She devoted her life to her children and her grandchildren and became known to everyone as “Mema”. She also had many caring friends who had become just as important as family. She was very proud of her Italian heritage and loved oldies music and The Hallmark Channel and her favorite show was The Golden Girls.

Francine is survived by her three children, Kristin Falcone, Matthew Falcone, and Lauren Falcone, all of Cranston, her three grandchildren Dante Falcone, Jayden Falcone, and Isabella Degnan, and her 17 year old cat, Rajah. She was the former wife of Thomas Falcone of Warwick, RI.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Gloria Gemma Foundation or to The Rhode Island Pink Heals. Due to Covid restrictions, there will be no services at this time.
