From the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention:
Stress, fear and anxiety are normal during these difficult times. Here are a few things you can do to help yourself:
Take a break from watching, reading or listening to the news stories and social media.
Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch or meditate. Try to eat healthy, well-balanced meals. Exercise regularly, and get plenty of sleep.
Make time to unwind. Try activities you enjoy – reading, coloring, knitting, puzzles, word searches.
Connect with others. Call family, friends, people you have not been in touch with for a long time.
Stay safe, stay healthy and God bless.
From your friends at the Cranston Enrichment Center
