To the Editor:
Make no mistake about it, America, God, guns and guts have kept our nation strong, free and safe over its history.
God and prayer are the most powerful “weapons” to keep our country united and protected. Add to this, the guts and courage of our military, which keeps us safe on a daily basis.
God, guns and guts are the real protectors of mass killings in the U.S.
God with first responders with guns and guts save lives each and every day.
After all, the three major causes of death in our society are from: medical errors, heart disease and cancer. Abortion alone, accounted for over 600,000 deaths in the U.S. in 2015. Not to mention over 60 million abortions in the U.S. since 1973.
All these deaths and no fire – arms are responsible. Go figure?
God help us!

I've always thought your comments were rather hysterical but often times very valid. I've found it ironic that your "handle" didn't truly represent your actual mental capacity... but, with all due respect, in this case, I think your "handle" is spot on... Me personally, I agree with what Mr. Walsh said even though it is no longer politically correct to voice such an opinion anymore... Mr. Walsh has every right to his opinion and you have every right to your opinion, but in the end the purpose of both opinions was only designed to get a rise out of and or anger people who disagree with you. Unfortunately, we are now in an age of "one uping" people we disagree with, with an even worse or offensive comment. In the end, what does that solve? If your goal by saying "god is dead" was meant to offend, hurt or anger someone than your goal was accomplished, because your comment offended me. However, if your comment was designed to spur a civil and respectable debate on the topic than I am afraid you failed miserably, and in this example for once, I think your "handle" is spot on...

Opinions are funny things. Everyone has them and everyone thinks theirs is right. But does there have to be a right or wrong? Couldn't it just be both are right for the person?
