At the 2015 Super Toy Con held earlier this year in Las Vegas, Nev., Mark Boudreaux of Cranston and seven others were inducted into the Toy Collector’s Hall of Fame. Mark was part of the Inaugural 2015 Class, shared with the likes of Stan Lee and Ruth Handler. Each inductee received a hand crafted Hall of Fame ring. Mark was honored for his 38 years of work on the “Star Wars” line of toys. Mark graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 1978 with a B.S. in industrial design. As a co-op, he started working at Kenner Toys in Cincinnati, and continues to develop Star Wars toys at Hasbro’s corporate offices in Pawtucket. Mark has worked on the six original “Star Wars” films, as well as the upcoming EPVII and the animated TV series. His career has enabled him to travel all over the world, and meet celebrities and actors involved in the entertainment industry. He hopes to be able to work on all nine of the “Star Wars” movies.
