Michael Steven Dennis, 73, of Warwick, passed away peacefully on June 15, 2021, at the Philip Hulitar Hospice Center. He was the husband of Susan (Robinson) Dennis.
Born in New York City, Michael was the son of the late Aaron and Estelle (Paster) Dennis. Michael served his country proudly as a Sailor in the Navy. He was employed as a Rigging Supervisor at Electric Boat in Groton, CT before his retirement in 1997. In addition to his beloved NY Yankees, Michael enjoyed playing Billiards.
Besides his wife of 49 years, Michael is survived by his sons, Michael P. Dennis (Kim) and Christopher S. Dennis (Sarah), sister, Michelle Dennis, and his grandchildren, Ly, Khoi, and Jenna Dennis. He was the brother of the late Fran Dennis.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 23rd from 10 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home, 142 Centerville Rd., Warwick, followed by burial with military honors at the Rhode Island Veteran’s Memorial in Exeter.
