WHEREAS, Myriam Medina, of the Count of Kent, has filed a Complaint for Divorce in said office demanding a Divorce and all other relief as this court may deem just Rhode Island General Laws. Now therefore, you the said DEFENDANT are hereby summoned to file an Answer to the Complaint on or before 20 days following the publication of this notice, if you shall see fit, to the Kent Family Court at 222 Quaker Lane, Warwick, RI 02886, and be advised that the matter will be scheduled for hearing on the merits on July 30, 2020 @ 11:30 am in the Kent County Family Court before Associate Justice Karen Lynch Bernard. FAILURE TO ANSWER WILL RESULT IN DEFAULT AND DEFENDANT WILL BE DEFAULTED.
