Stress, fear and anxiety are normal during these difficult times. Here are a few things you can do to help yourself:
Take a break from watching, reading or listening to the news stories and social media.
Take care of your body. Take deep breaths, stretch or meditate.
Eat healthy, well-balanced meals. Exercise regularly go for a walk, get plenty of sleep.
Make time to unwind. Try activities you enjoy – reading, coloring, knitting, puzzles, word games and searches.
Connect with others. Call family, friends and people you have not been in touch with for a long time.
Stay safe, stay healthy, stay strong.
Wear your face mask when around others. Social distance, wash your hands often and stay home when you do not feel well.
