Arthritis exercise classes at the center
Research has shown that exercising is an essential tool in managing arthritis. It helps reduce joint pain, increases flexibility, helps you sleep better and improves your overall outlook. Unfortunately, due to COVID 19, we must limit the number of participants. Please register by calling 780-6000.
NOTE: For those unable to attend classes at the center, be sure to watch the Arthritis Exercise Class videos on the center’s Facebook page.

The following activities are also scheduled at the center. Please note you must make reservations for each activity. Call Kathi at 780-6216.
Billiards: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., beginning Monday, Aug. 17.
Chess Club: Thursdays, noon to 4 p.m., beginning Thursday, Aug. 27.
Chair Exercise: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m., beginning Monday, Aug. 31.
Following the state mandate, face masks will be required. Watch for more upcoming classes and activities.
