Boost your brain power with brain-boosting foods. Fatty fish, such as salmon, sardines, tuna and trout, have Omega-3 “healthy” fat, which helps protect against brain damage. No walnuts – try almonds and cashews. Try eating blueberries, blackberries or raspberries for a memory-boosting snack. Green, leafy vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli are high in vitamins that support your brain.
Following the state protocol, face masks and social distancing are required.
