CITY OF CRANSTON CITY PLAN COMMISSION
You are hereby notified that the City Council and City Plan Commission will hold a workshop to discuss the redevelopment of 1000 New London Avenue “Mulligan’s Island” on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, 6:30 P.M., in the auditorium at the Cranston High School East, 899 Park Avenue, Cranston RI, 02910.
The owners are Mulligan’s Island LLC, represented by attorney John O. Mancini. They seek to discuss redevelopment options for the 55-acre property as a mix of single-family, two-family, multifamily residential development and open space. Redevelopment of the site requires an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan and Zoning. The discussion with the public will serve to inform the future proposal.
All interested parties are invited to attend this public informational meeting at which conceptual plans will be presented for public comment. All materials will be posted to the City’s website prior to the meeting at: https://www.cranstonri.com/departments/planning/
If you are unable to access the internet, you may contact the Cranston Planning Department directly at (401)780-3136 to set up an appointment to review the materials at the City Hall – 3rd Floor, Room 309, during regular office hours, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.
