NOTICE OF MODIFICATION VARIANCE UNDER ZONING ORDINANCE

Dimensional Variance by Building Official Pursuant to Section 17.20.130

You are hereby notified that 833 DYER, LLC (OWN) and GIANCARLO CONTI (APP) have applied for permission to install a new wall sign exceeding the allowable size and for total area at 833 Dyer Avenue A.P. 8, lot 2760; area 53,579 sf. Zoned

M-1. Applicants seek relief per Section 17.20.130-Modification; Section 17.72.010(7)- Signs.

Any interested party may review the submitted documents at the Department of Inspections. Any persons opposing should respond in writing to the Department of Inspections, 35 Sockanosset Crossroad Cranston RI 02920, within a period of thirty (30) days from public notice on Thursday August 21, 2025.
