NOTICE TO BIDDERS CITY OF CRANSTON COLLECTOR’S SALE OF ESTATES FOR TAXES AND/OR ASSESSMENTS DUE AND UNPAID

All bidders and agents of bidders for the tax sale on May 22, 2025 need to register with the Cranston Tax Collector’s Office at 869 Park Ave. Rm 206, Cranston, RI 02910 before May 16, 2025. All bidders need to fill out a 2025 Tax Sale Bidder Registration Form along with a copy of a valid driver’s license and a W-9.  Bidders will not be able to register the day of the tax sale.
