PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO. 11-20-01 OF THE CITY COUNCIL IN AMENDMENT OF TITLE 10.32 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF CRANSTON, 2005, ENTITLED “MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC” (Scaralia & Fox Ridge Drive – 4 way stop)
It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:
SECTION 1. Title 10.32.020 of the Code of the City of Cranston, 2005 entitled “Stop Intersections Enumerated” is hereby amended by adding the following:
Scaralia Road and Fox Ridge Drive, 4 way stop
SECTION 2. Title 10.32.030 of the Code of the City of Cranston, 2005 entitled “Multi-way Stop Intersections -Enumerated” is hereby amended by deleting the following:
[Scaralia Road at its intersection with Fox Ridge Drive]
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.

SECTION 1. Title 10.32.030 of the Code of the City of Cranston, 2005 entitled “Multi-way Stop Intersections Enumerated” is hereby amended by adding the following:
Park Avenue and Grace Street, 4 way stop
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.

It is ordained by the City Council of the City of Cranston as follows:
SECTION 1. Title 10.32.020 of the Code of the City of Cranston, entitled “Stop Intersections – Enumerated” is hereby amended by adding the following:
Newell Road at its intersecton with Bedford Road
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its final adoption.
