Volunteers at William Hall Library greeted shoppers bright and early on Nov. 5 as locals stopped in for the Friends of the Library Book Sale. Thousands of books, CDs and DVDs were available for purchase for cheap deals; each adult book was $1 and kids and teens books were 50 cents each. This is the first time in five years that the book sale has returned and all proceeds will go to library resources and programs. Prior to the event, volunteers helped sort the books that were donated for the sale. (Photos by Steve Popiel)
