DUI

At 11:36 p.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston police arrested Edgar Orellana, 49, of 108 Jordan Ave., Cranston, on charges of DUI-BAC (First Offense) and Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test (Second Offense). The arrest was the result of a call for a motor vehicle accident near 1312 Cranston St. Orellana was given a release to appear/taken to Roger Williams Hospital.

At 12:30 a.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston police arrested Stephen Pratt, 37, of 6 Western Hills Lane, Apt. 3302, Cranston, on charges of DUI (first offense) BAC unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a suspicious vehicle check at 675 Oaklawn Ave. Pratt was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI.

At 2:24 a.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston police arrested Nestor Rosado, 34, of 11 Ellsworth St., Apt. 6, Worcester, Mass, on charges of DUI (first offense) BAC unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a call for a male passed out in a vehicle at the intersection of Park and Gansett Avenue. Rosado was arraigned by Justice of the Peace and transported to ACI.

SHOPLIFTING

At 11:49 a.m. on Feb. 20, Cranston police arrested Wendy Gadrow, 44, of 18 Acorn Court, South Kingstown, on charges of Shoplifting (two counts) and Willful Trespass (two counts). The arrest was the result of a call for a shoplifting in progress at 204 Garfield Ave. Gadrow awaited arraignment by the Justice of the Peace.

FRAUD

At 8:51 p.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston police arrested Nina Butterfield, 45, of 18 Meeting St., Coventry, on charges of Fraudulent Checks less than $1,500. The arrest was the result of an arrest and affidavit warrant pickup at West Warwick Police Deptartment. Butterfield was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 10:09 p.m. on Feb. 19, Cranston police arrested Kenny Contreras, 39, of 28 Spenstone Road, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Contreras awaited arraignment.

OBSTRUCTING OFFICER

At 6:17 p.m. on Feb. 18, Cranston police arrested Randy Garcia, 28, of 679 Public St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 364 Wellington Ave. Garcia was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

CHILD ABUSE

At 1:23 p.m. on Feb. 18, Cranston police arrested Raisa A. Done de Leon, 30, of 14 Sabra St., Apt. 3, Cranston, on charges of Second Degree Child Abuse as a result of an assault report at 14 Sabra St. Done de Leon was held for arraignment.

BREAKING & ENTERING

At 8:51 p.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston police arrested Alan Pine, 39, of 14 Lincoln St., Apt. 1, Smithfield, on charges of Domestic Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling House Without Consent and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a domestic disturbance at 165 Holland St., Apt. 16. Pine was arraigned and released by the Justice of the Peace.

STOLEN VEHICLE AND GOODS

At 9:55 a.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston police arrested Xavier Ferguson, 31, of 17 Hillside Ave., Providence, on charges of Possession of Stolen MV, Receiving Stolen Goods and an Arrest Warrant from Smithfield Police Department. The arrest was the result of a FLOCK camera hit in the area of Plainfield Pike. Ferguson was transported to Third District Court.

At 12:25 p.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston police arrested Todd Hall, 56, of 157 Porter St., Providence, on charges of Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of a FLOCK camera hit in the area of Plainfield Pike. Hall was transported to Third District Court.

At 10:26 a.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston police arrested Bladimir Gonzalez, 22, of 17 Moniff St., Apt. 3, West Warwick, on charges of Possession of Stolen MV and a Bench Warrant from Sixth District Court. The arrest was the result of a FLOCK camera hit in the area of New London Avenue. Gonzalez was transported to Third District Court.

FIRING IN COMPACT AREA

At 11:41 a.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston police arrested Angelo Grelle, 83, of 36 Valente Drive, on charges of Firing in a Compact Area. The arrest was the result of a call for service on Valente Drive. Grelle was transported to Third District Court.

NO CONTACT ORDER

At 7:57 p.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston police arrested Joseph Colerick, 30, of 63 Berry St., Apt. 4, on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of an incident at 63 Berry St., and Colerick was transported to Third District Court.

At 4:50 p.m. on Feb. 15, Cranston police arrested Elizandro Mendez, 20, of 83 America St., Cranston, on charges of violation of a no contact order. The arrest was the result of a warrant for a previous reported incident at 275 Narragansett St. Mendez awaited arraignment by the Justice of the Peace

WARRANT

At 8:03 p.m. on Feb. 21, Cranston police arrested Dennis Prout, 51, of 133 Fordson Ave., Cranston, on an arrest warrant for felony shoplifting, conspiracy and habitual offender. The arrest was the result of an arrest by Providence Police Department. Prout awaited arraignment.

At 8:50 p.m. on Feb. 16, Cranston police arrested Niko Plante, 33, of 736 Park Ave., Unit B, Cranston, on three outstanding Superior Court Bench warrants. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop near Dollar Tree on Cranston Street. Plante was transported to ACI Intake.

At 4:51 p.m. on Feb. 17, Cranston police arrested Luis Banegas, 29, of no known address on a Pawtucket Police Affidavit Warrant as a result of a warrant pickup at Pepsi Cola on Pontiac Avenue. Banegas was turned over to Pawtucket Police.

At 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 15, Cranston police arrested Laureen King, 53, of 102 Jordan Ave., Cranston, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of an investigation at CVS on Atwood Avenue. King was transported to Third District Court.
