NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

At 8:55 a.m. on March 14, Cranston Police arrested Brian Colon, 27, of 1176 Elmwood Ave., Providence, on a violation of a No Contact Order and crank obscene phone calls. Colon was transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 1:03 p.m. on March 12, Cranston Police arrested Madison Glazier, 22, of 797 Main St., West Warwick, on a Violation of No Contact Order, a Superior Court Bench Warrant and Third District Court Bench Warrants (two) as a result of a court order violation call at 1275 Reservoir Avenue. Glazier was held for arraignment.

At 7:54 p.m. on March 10, Cranston Police arrested William Walton, 25, of 13 Malbone St., Providence, on charges of Violation of a District Court No Contact Order (one count) and Violation of Family Court No Contact order (one count). The arrest was a result of a disturbance call at 186 Magnolia St., Apt. 3. Walton was held for arraignment.

DISORDERLY  CONDUCT

At 4:51 p.m. on March 12, Cranston Police arrested Joshua Merritt, 33, of 18 Knight St., Cranston, on charges of Disorderly Conduct as the result of a dispersal call at CVS on Atwood Avenue. Merritt was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

At 12:33 p.m. on March 12, Cranston Police arrested Oscar E. Garcia Argueta, 22, of 25 Lexington Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Failure to Relinquish Telephone as a result of a disturbance call at 25 Lexington Avenue. Argueta was held for arraignment.

At 2:16 p.m. on March 10, Cranston Police arrested Brien Gallagher, 41, of No Address for Disorderly Conduct as a result of a vandalism report at 1604 Broad St. Gallagher was released to appear.

DRUG POSSESSION

At 4:54 p.m. on March 11, Cranston Police arrested Michael James Schroth Jr., 24, of 22 Hillcrest Drive, West Warwick, on charges of Possession of Schedule I-V (Adderall) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Wellington Avenue. Schroth was arraigned and transported to the ACI.

At 5:27 p.m. on March 11, Cranston Police arrested Luis Perez Laboy, 31, of 88 Comstock Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of Possession of Schedule I-V (Cocaine) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pontiac Avenue. Laboy was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

At 9:30 a.m. on March 10, Cranston Police arrested Christian Hall, 36, of 123 Maplewood Ave., Cranston, on charges of Manufacturing/Possession/Delivery of Schedule I/II Marijuana (one count) as a result of a narcotics trafficking investigation from the above listed address. Hall was transported to Court.

VANDALISM

At 5:54 p.m. on March 11, Cranston Police arrested Anthony Silvia-Camara, 19, of 76 Waldron Ave., Cranston, on charges of Vandalism as the result of North Providence Police Department arresting him on a Cranston Warrant as the result of a previous incident at Walmart on Plainfield Pike. Silvia-Camara was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

DUI

At 7:46 p.m. on March 11, Cranston Police arrested Colin McCollum, 37, of 535 Seven Mile Road, Hope, on charges of DUI – BAC Unknown (first offense) as the result of a motor vehicle stop on Seven Mile Road. McCollum was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

WARRANT

At 9:10 a.m. on March 10, Cranston Police arrested Jyrie Duffin, 21, of 55 Meader St., second floor, Lincoln, on an active Bench Warrant out of Sixth District Court as the result of a motor vehicle stop. Duffin was transported to Court.

At 12:24 a.m. on March 11, Cranston Police arrested Jeffrey Debritto, 41, of 379 Power Road, Apt. R2, Pawtucket, on an outstanding Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 10 south and Reservoir Avenue.  Debritto was transported to ACI Intake.

At 9:25 p.m. on March 10, Cranston Police arrested Rigoberto Gomez, 42, of 75 Elm St., Apt. 4, Johnston, on a Cranston Police A&A warrant for Domestic Assault, Domestic Disorderly, Refusal to Relinquish Telephone and Domestic Vandalism. The arrest was a result of Johnston Police pick up. Gomez was arraigned before the Justice of the Peace and released.

At 9:11 a.m. on March 8, Cranston Police arrested James J. Lamantia, 56, of 206 Locust Glen Drive, Cranston, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Domestic Vandalism & Domestic Willful Trespass as a result of a warrant pick-up at 206 Locust Glen Drive. Lamantia was transferred to District Court.

At 8:45 a.m. on March 8, Cranston police arrested Michael Cogean, 37, of 67 Alverson Ave., Providence, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Larceny of a Motor Vehicle & Conspiracy as a result of a warrant pick-up. Cogean was transferred to District Court.

At 7:30 a.m. on March 8, Cranston police arrested Nicholas Edward Chateauneuf, 40, of 40 Nickerson St., Cranston, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Felony Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Failure to Relinquish Telephone and five Superior Court Bench warrants as a result of a warrant pick-up. Edward was transferred to District Court.

BREAKING AND ENTERING

At 1:35 p.m. on March 9, Cranston Police arrested Ivan Juan Ramos, 32, of No Address on charges of Breaking and Entering & Vandalism as a result of a suspicious person call at 1 Baldwin Orchard Drive. Ramos was held for arraignment.

ASSAULT

At 3:28 p.m. on March 13, Cranston Police arrested Italia Villarroel Salazar, 31, of 561 Laurel Hill Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Felony Assault, Felony Assault, Reckless Driving and Domestic Disorderly Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at 12 Pavilion Ave. Salazar awaited arraignment.
