ARREST WARRANT

On Jan. 31 at 10:45 a.m., officers arrested Jonathan Enright, 43, of 151 Grand Ave., Cranston, on an arrest warrant out of East Providence. The arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop at 772 Park Ave. Enright was transferred to East Providence police.

SHOPLIFTING

On Jan. 31 at 11:48 a.m., officers arrested Oscar Flores Garcia, 58, of 203 Lowell Ave., Providence, on a charge of Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at

247 Garfield Ave. (Lowes). Flores Garcia was awaiting arraignment.

SHOPLIFTING/FELONY

On Jan. 31 at 12:33 p.m., officers arrested Ayesha Taylor, 41, of 3 Mount Vernon St., Providence, on two felony counts of Shoplifting, plus Conspiracy and Habitual Offender. The arrest was the result of Taylor’s being transferred from the ACI Women’s Intake Center to 3rd District Court. She was arraigned in District Court.

DUI

On Jan. 30 at 11:19 p.m., officers arrested Nolan T Jackson, 37, of 7 Elm St., North Providence, on a charge of DUI 1st Offense BAC 0.10-0.15. The arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop in the area of Reservoir Ave and Rt 10 S. Jackson was arraigned and released.

POSSESSION

On Jan. 29 at 9:06 p.m., officers arrested John Bartlett, 48, of 85 Plantation Dr., Cranston, on a charge of Possession of Schedule I-V <10g. The arrest was the result of a motor-vehicle stop at 645 Reservoir Ave. Bartlett was held for morning arraignment as a bail violator.

OBSTRUCTION

On Jan. 29 at 4:01 p.m., officers arrested Matthew McCarthy, 45, of 75 Mathewson St. Apt. A, Cranston, on a charge of Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the intersection of Park Avenue and Elmwood Avenue. McCarthy was arraigned and released.

DRUG POSSESSION

On Jan. 28 at 6:19 p.m., officers arrested Heather Hazard, 47, of 1025 Narragansett Blvd., Apt. 2, Cranston, on a charge of Possession of a Schedule II Narcotic (fentanyl). The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Narragansett Blvd. Hazard was presented as a probation violator by the Attorney General’s Office and remanded to the ACI’s Women’s Intake.

VIOLATION OF A NO CONTACT ORDER

On Jan. 28 at 6:19 p.m., officers arrested Joshua Nadeau, 45, of 202 Park Ave, Cranston, for Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on Narragansett Boulevard. Nadeau was presented as a probation violator by the Attorney General’s Office and remanded to the ACI’s Men’s Intake.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT BY STRANGULATION

On Jan. 28 at 8:32 p.m., officers arrested Aminullah Faqiry, 35, of 101 Eldridge St., Cranston, on a charge of Domestic Assault by Strangulation, Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Faqiry was arraigned and released.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

On Jan. 28 at 10:18 p.m., officers arrested Jonathan Starks, 62, of 1025 Narragansett Blvd., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of an affidavit arrest warrant pickup at the aforementioned address. Starks was arraigned and released.
