ABUSE/NEGLECT
At approximately 12:13 p.m., Detectives and Officers arrested Roberta Gerard, 43 of 45 Sinclair Ave., for (1) count of Abuse/Neglect-Adult w/Severe Impairment, (1) count of Obstructing a Police Officer in Execution of Duty, and (1) count of False Report of a Crime. The arrest was the result of an investigation by SVU and CIU and subsequent arrest at 45 Sinclair Ave. Gerard was arraigned and released.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
On March 23 at 9:08 a.m., officers arrested Raleahk Martin, 28, of 825 Pontiac Ave Apt#3203 for (1) count Domestic Violence– Vandalism and (1) count Domestic Violence- Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call for service in the parking lot of 825 Pontiac Ave. Martin was arraigned by Bail Commissioner and released.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
On March 22 at 2:31 a.m., officers arrested Isaac S Johnson, 39, of 250 Andover St, Danvers Ma, for Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at 10 Dunham Ave. Johnson was held for arraignment at 3rd District Court.
BENCH WARRANT
On March 22 at 3:09 a.m., officers arrested Reginald S Hunter Jr., 26, of 5 Whelan Rd Providence on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 214 Pontiac Ave. Hunter Jr. transported to ACI Intake.
VANDALISM
On March 21 at 8:38 a.m., officers arrested Timothy Carlos, 33, of 6104 Scituate Vista Dr., for Vandalism / Malicious Injury to Property, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, and four (4) District Court Bench Warrants. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Carlos was transported to 3rd District Court.
PASSAGE OF COUNTERFEIT CERTIFICATES
On March 21 at 12:50 a.m., officers arrested Aswad McNeil, 35, of no known address for Passing of Counterfeit Certificates, Bills or Notes. The arrest was the result of an Affidavit Arrest Warrant pick up from Providence Police Department. McNeil was held for morning Court.
VIOLATION OF NO CONTACT ORDER
On March 20 at 11:30 p.m., officers arrested Alvaro Vasquez, 29, of 110 Oxford St, Cranston for Violation of a No Contact Order The arrest was the result of a breaking and entering call at the aforementioned address. Vasquez was held for morning court.
