DUI

On March 31 at 12:44 a.m., officers arrested Vincent Turchetta, 61, of 49 Mohawk Trail, Cranston on a charge of DUI first offense B.A.C. unknown and refusal to submit to a chemical test. The arrest was the result of a call for a subject passed out at the traffic light at Park and Reservoir avenues. Turchetta was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

DUI

On March 30 at 12:04 a.m., officers arrested Juliana Tavarez, 25, of 80 Russe St., on a charge of DUI-1st Offense-.15 Greater (Phase I .177 BrAC and Phase II .164 BrAC). The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on New London Avenue. Tavarez was held for morning arraignment.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

On March 30 at 3:21 a.m., officers arrested Jose Santos, 29, of 8 Fenner St., Apt. 4, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a domestic disturbance at the aforementioned residence. Santos was held for morning arraignment.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 29 at 2:39 P.m., officers arrested Dawn Rabah, 43, of 153 Norwood Ave. Apt. 1B, on a charge of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned residence. Rabah was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 28 at 2:48 p.m., officers arrested Dinilson Cardoso, 23, of 7 Jefferson Ave. Apt. 2, Taunton. Massachusetts on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at Professional Security, 245 Macklin St. Cardoso was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On March 28 at 9:56 a.m., officers arrested Kenneth Pierce, 34, of 362 Auburn St., on a charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Pierce was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

LARCENY

On March 27 at 11:07 a.m., officers arrested Manuel Cabral, 37, of 34 Springway Rd., Warwick, on a charge of Larceny Under $1,500. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 149 Orchard St. Cabral was awaiting arraignment.

UNLAWFUL APPROPRIATION

On March 27 at noon, officers arrested Veronika Ayriyan, 43, of 42 Lincoln St., Smithfield, on a charge of Unlawful Appropriation/Bank Officer/Over $1000. The arrest was the result of this subject turning herself in at Third District Court, where she was arraigned.
