DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On April 3 at 10:24 a.m., officers arrested Mitchell Woolf, 27, of 44 Pasture View Ln. Cranston, for Simple Assault or Battery and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Woolf was awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace. 

FAILURE TO REGISTER AS A SEX OFFENDER

On April 2 at approximately 9:35 p.m., officers arrested Darnelle Kelly, 42, of 30 Harington Hall., charging him with one count of Violation of Community Standards, and one count of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender. The arrest was the result of a call for service from 30 Harrington Hall and subsequent warrants from Rhode Island State Police and Cranston Police. Kelly was held for morning arraignment.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

On March 31 at 6:02 p.m., officers arrested Madison Xavier, 21, of 106 Rhode Island St. Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism / Malicious Injury to Property, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service on Griswold Ave. Xavier was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released. 

SHOPLIFTING

On March 28 at 10:42 a.m., officers arrested Marc Lancellotti, 39, of 80 Poppy Dr., for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of an attempted pickup on an arrest and affidavit warrant at the aforementioned address. Lancellotti was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
