DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

On June 2 at 5:36 p.m., officers arrested Dana Jackson, 28, of 947 Dyer Ave. Apt. 45, Cranston was arrested on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a domestic violence investigation originating at Cranston police headquarters. Jackson was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.

VIOLATION OF NO CONTACT ORDER

On June 2 at 8:23 p.m., officers arrested Ricardo Maldonado, 41, of 770 Park Ave., Cranston over a Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a domestic disturbance at the aforementioned address. Maldonado was awaiting Attorney General’s Office violation of probation and bail and pending arraignment.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

On June 1 at 12:13 p.m., officer(s) arrested Rashad Moore, 18, of 260 Sayles St. Providence, on charges of Disorderly Conduct and Indecent Exposure. The arrest was the result of a call for service on the bike path near Uxbridge Street. Moore was awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

DOMESTIC ASSAULT (STRANGULATION)

On May 31 at 12:46 a.m., officer(s) arrested Jordan Smith Dufresne, 26, of 143 Holland St. Cranston, on charges of  Domestic Assault by Strangulation and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 111 Oaklawn Ave. # 75. Dufresne was awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

On May 31 at 4:14 a.m., officers arrested Anthony Ditomassi, 33, of 50 Howard Hill, Foster, on charges of Simple Assault, Resisting arrest, Obstruction and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for the dispersal of an intoxicated subject at 1303 Elmwood Ave Apt. 201. Ditomassi was held for morning arraignment.
