On Aug. 18 at 9:46 p.m., officer(s) arrested a West Warwick resident for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 1776 Plainfield Pk. (Walmart). The arrestee was awaiting arraignment.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

On Aug. 18 at 10:40 a.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident for Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and a 6th District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a disturbance in the area of Warwick Ave. and Rhodes Ave. The arrestee was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.

INDECENT EXPOSURE

On Aug. 18 at 12:15 p.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident for Indecent Exposure/Disorderly Conduct at 75 Mathewson St. Unit A101 Cranston, RI. The arrest was a result of a call for service at the aforementioned address and previously issued arrest and affidavit warrant. The arrestee was awaiting arraignment.

TAMPERING WITH VEHICLES

On Aug. 16 at 4:24 a.m., officers arrested a resident of no known address for tampering with vehicles. The arrest was the result of a call for an individual going through vehicles in the area of 708 Dyer Ave. The arrestee was held for morning arraignment as a violator.
