SHOPLIFTING

At 3:10 p.m. on Feb. 27, Cranston Police arrested Nicole Chartier, 26, of 21 Booth Ave., Pawtucket, on charges of Shoplifting and Conspiracy as the result of a shoplifting call at Walmart on Plainfield Pike. Chartier was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

At 3:10 p.m. on Feb. 27, Cranston Police arrested Danielle Cintron, 35, of 1015 Atwells Ave., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of Felony Shoplifting and Conspiracy as the result of a shoplifting call Walmart on Plainfield Pike. Cintron was arraigned by a Bail Commissioner and released.

 

ASSAULT

At 7:55 a.m. on Feb. 27, Cranston Police arrested John Rabbitt, 59, of 18 Cleveland Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Felony Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for an assault at 18 Cleveland Ave. Rabbitt was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and transported to Intake.

 

VANDALISM

At 11:38 p.m. on Feb. 24, Cranston Police arrested Angelo Nardolillo, 24, of 48 Briggs St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Nardolillo awaited arraignment.

 

SUSPENDED LICENSE

At 5:41 p.m. on Feb. 28, Cranston Police arrested Melissa Sena, 20, of 43 Squantum St., Cranston, on charges of Driving on a Suspended License (Third/Greater). The arrest was the result of a call for a motor vehicle stop in the area of 900 Phenix Ave. Sena received a District Court notice to appear.

At 11:48 p.m. on Feb. 22, Cranston Police arrested Mac Goodinson, 33, of 45 Marlborough St., Cranston, on charges of Driving on a Suspended License/ThirdGreater and an outstanding Third District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop near CVS on Reservoir Avenue. Goodinson received a District Court notice to appear and was transported to ACI Intake.

 

DISORDERLYCONDUCT

At 6:59 p.m. on Feb. 28, Cranston Police arrested Brian Carvalho, 32, of 237 Narragansett St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Carvalho awaited arraignment.

At 5:30 a.m. on Feb. 27, Cranston Police arrested Holly Dossantos, 38, of 825 Pontaic Ave., Apt. 13204, Cranston, on charges of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call for the aforementioned address. Dossantos was issued a release to appear.

At 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 22, Cranston Police arrested Stephen Bertsch, 60, of 71 Grantland Road, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Bertsch awaited arraignment.

 

STOLEN VEHICLE

At 10:45 a.m. on Feb. 22, Cranston Police arrested Christopher Hernandez, 34, of 40 Elmshade Drive Uxbridge, Massachusetts, on charges of Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle as the result of a FLOCK hit at 1533 Broad St. Hernandez was transferred to Third District Court.

 

WARRANT

At 5:47 p.m. on Feb. 28, Cranston Police arrested Darrell Giarrusso, 33, of 34 June Ave., Apt. 1, Cranston, on an outstanding arrest and affidavit warrant out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result

of a motor vehicle stop in the area of June and Webster Avenue. Giarrusso wasmtransferred over to Providence Police Department.

At 12:48 a.m. on Feb. 25, Cranston Police arrested Kelvin Ayala Oquendo, 31, of 485 Plainfield St., Providence,

on Superior Court Bench Warrants (two). The arrest was the result of a car stop on Warwick and Dallas Avenue. Oquendo was transferred to the ACI.

At 11:40 a.m. on Feb. 24, Cranston Police arrested Almir H. Sales, 39, of 67 Boutwell St., Fall River, Massachusetts, on charges of a Fugitive From Justice. Sales had four outstanding warrants out of Massachusetts for Possession with Intent, Violation of Terms of Release, Burglary and Domestic Felony Assault. Sales was taken to the ACI.

At 9:45 a.m. on Feb. 22, Cranston Police arrested Joshua J. Mello, 46, of 37 Lafayette St., Johnston, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Willful Trespass in School Building (three counts) and Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty as a result of the suspect turning himself in at Headquarters. Mello was transferred to Third District Court.

At 9:40 a.m. on Feb. 22, Cranston police arrested Rachel A. Ware, 42, of 15 Connecticut St., Cranston, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty as a result of the suspect turning herself in at Headquarters. Ware was transferred to Third District Court.
