SHOPLIFTING

At 2:34 a.m. on March 8, Cranston Police arrested Ryan Tellier, 46, of 17 Clinton St., Taunton, Massachusetts, on charges of Felony Shoplifting (two counts) and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a pickup at Warwick Police Department on an arrest and affidavit warrant. Tellier awaited arraignment as a bail violator.

At 5:07 p.m. on March 7, Cranston Police arrested Angel Munnelly, 21, of no particular address Providence, on charges of Shoplifting and three outstanding Third and Sixth District Court bench warrants. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Stop and Shop on Warwick Avenue. Munnelly was arraigned and transported to ACI Intake.

ASSAULT

At 9:07 p.m. on March 5, Cranston Police arrested Dange G. Ardon, 22, of 735 Park Ave., second floor, on charges of Domestic Assault, Domestic Disorderly and Domestic Vandalism. The arrest is a result of a call for service for the above address. Ardon was processed and awaited arraignment by the Justice of the Peace.

At 8:11 a.m. on March 1, Cranston Police arrested Diego Petit Homme, 28, of 293 Magnolia St., Apt. 1, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Felony Assault (one count) and Domestic Disorderly Conduct (one count). The arrest was a result of a call for service at 293 Magnolia St. Homme was processed then transported to District Court.

At 3:14 p.m. on March 1, Cranston Police arrested Joseph Ferrazzano, 19, of 52 Smith St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a pickup at North Providence Police Department on an arrest and affidavit warrant. Ferrazzano awaited arraignment.

WARRANT

At 2:15 a.m. on March 6, Cranston Police arrested Richard M. Fratus, 34, of 9 Vermont St., Cranston, on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant. The arrest was a result of a call for service on Vermont Street. Fratus was transferred to the ACI.

At 3:19 p.m. on March 4, Cranston Police arrested Ramiro Velasquez, 37, of 163 Alston St., Apt. 1, Providence, on a Cranston warrant of Larceny over $1500 and Conspiracy as the result of the subject turning himself in based on the warrants. Velasquez was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

At 9 p.m. on March 3, Cranston Police arrested Thomas Dilorenzo, 44, of 16 Yeoman Ave., Cranston, on two outstanding Superior Court bench warrants. The arrest was the result of an attempted pickup at the aforementioned address. Dilorenzo was transported to ACI Intake.

At 11:10 a.m. on March 2, Cranston Police arrested Efrain G. Rosa, 47, of 69 Thornton St., Providence, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Larceny Over $1,500 as a result of a FLOCK hit at 296 Garfield Ave. Rosa was transferred to District Court for arraignment.

At 12:25 p.m. on March 1, Cranston Police arrested Robert Tirocchi , 32, of 199 Deerfield Road, Cranston, on an active bench warrant issued by District Court. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 115 Hillside Road. Tirocchi was processed then transported to the ACI.

DUI

At 12:51 a.m. on March 8, Cranston Police arrested Michael Lefort, 61, of 557 Manton Ave., Providence, on charges of DUI B.A.C. Unknown (First Offense) and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Randall Street and Greene Avenue. Lefort awaited arraignment.

At 5:07 p.m. on March 7, Cranston Police arrested Leneth Fisher, 26, of 14 Welfare Ave., Cranston, on charges of DUI, B.A.C. Unknown, Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, Disorderly Conduct, Driving on a Suspended License (Third/Greater). The arrest was the result of a disturbance in the area of Rolfe Square. Fisher was arraigned and transported to ACI Intake as a probation violator.

At 5:07 p.m. on March 7, Cranston Police arrested Jerenis Flores, 27, of 186 Peace St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance in the area of Rolfe Square. Flores was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

At 11:10 p.m. on March 3, Cranston Police arrested Noe O Sanchez Estrada, 36, of 27 Ida St., Providence, on charges of DUI (BAC readings .148 and .150). The arrest was the result of a call for a motor vehicle accident in the area of 42 Harmon St. Estrada was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

At 2:13 p.m. on March 3, Cranston Police arrested Kenneth Carnevale, 73, of 38 Oaklawn Ave., Apt. 312, Cranston, on charges of DUI (B.A.C. Unknown, first offense). The arrest was the result of a call for a motor vehicle accident in the area of 100 Curtis St. Carnevale was released to appear at Rhode Island Hospital.

RECKLESS DRIVING

At 3:21 on March 2, Cranston Police arrested Danilo Medina, 35, of 15 Monongahela Ave., North Providence, on charges of Reckless Driving/Eluding Police (second offense) and Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of a pickup at North Providence Police Department on an arrest and affidavit warrant. Medina was arraigned and transported to ACI Intake as a bail and probation violator.

ROBBERY

At 9:30 a.m. on March 2, Cranston Police arrested Izaiah M. Rivera Richard, 19, of 8 Somerset St., Providence, on charges of robbery (first degree) from the Mobil Gas on Elmwood Avenue, based on investigation and issuance of a Cranston Police affidavit and arrest warrant. Richard was arraigned at Third District Court.
