On 4/9/23 at 1702 hours Officer Johnston arrested Keelen Palmer (43) of 11 Crowninshield St. Providence, for Domestic – Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling House. Arrest is the result of a pick up at Portsmouth Police Department.

On 4/6/23 at 1240 hrs., Officers arrested Michelle Blanding, 52, of 1601 Hope Rd. Cranston, RI for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address.
