Bench Warrant

On 04/17/23 at 0119 hrs, Officers arrested Qyon Pichardo, 23, of 583 Laurel Hill Ave, Cranston, RI, for having a bench warrant from 3rd District Court and an arrest warrant from Warwick PD. The arrest is the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address.

Breaking & Entering

On 4/16/23, at approximately 1728 Hours, Officers arrested Osman O. Munoz, (32), of 1615 Cranston Street #1, Cranston, RI, for (1) count of Breaking & Entering Dwelling House w/o Consent. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 130 Wayland Avenue 2nd Floor.

Cruelty to/Neglect of a Child

On 04/13/23 at 1638hrs, Officers arrested Jose Rodezno Alvarado, 45, of 16 View St. Providence RI, for (2) counts of Cruelty to or Neglect of a child. The arrest was the result of a call for service Restaurant Depot.

Disorderly Conduct/Domestic assault

On 04/11/23 at 1100 hrs, Officers arrested Nicholas Daniels, 29, of 11 Silo Dr, for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Arrest was the result of a call for a disturbance.

Driving with Suspended License

On 4/12/23, at approximately 1826 Hours, Officers arrested Emmanuel Rivera, (38), of 166 Wallace Street, Providence, RI, for (1) count of Driving with a Suspended License (4th or Greater) and an active Superior Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of Sockanosset Crossroads.

Felony Assault

On 4/14/23 at 0808 hrs., Officers arrested Edismel Benticuaba, 38, of 130 Wayland Ave. 2nd Flr. Cranston, RI for Domestic Felony Assault/Dangerous Weapon or Substance, Domestic Assault by Strangulation, Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 3rd/Greater, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and Domestic Refuse/Relinquish Telephone. The arrest was the result of a Rhode Island State Police turning him over at 6th District Court on an arrest warrant from our department.

Forgery & Counterfeiting

On 04/10/23 at 0758 hrs, Officer arrested Ronald Tari, 61, of 1560 Douglas Ave, North Providence, RI, for Unlawful Appropriation/Bank Officer/ over $1,000 and Forgery and Counterfeiting. Arrest was the result of Ronald Tari turning himself in at headquarters.

Receiving  Stolen Goods

On 4/12/23, at approximately 1739 Hours, Officers arrested Vernon G. Massie, (56), of 17 Longmont Street Apt. #2, Providence, RI, for (1) count of Receiving Stolen Goods. The arrest was the result of a FLOCK LPR alert, and subsequent check of the area on Bay View Avenue.

Shoplifting

On 4/15/23 at 1137 hrs., Officers arrested Angelo Conti, 33, of 155 Elmwood Ave. Apt. 1 Providence for Shoplifting and Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 204 Garfield Ave. (Stop and Shop).
