DISORDERLY CONDUCT
At 6:55 p.m., May 13, Cranston Police Officers arrested Michael Campagnone, 37, of 12 Briar Hill Drive, Cranston, for Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 18 Briar Hill Drive. Campagnone was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
WARRANT ARREST
At 5:59 p.m., May 11, Cranston Police Officers arrested Michael McCoart, 42, of 81 Taunton Ave., Third Floor, East Providence, for an Affidavit Warrant from Woonsocket Police as a result of a traffic stop on Oaklawn Avenue. McCoart was turned over to Woonsocket Police.
ASSAULT
At 9:36 p.m., May 11, Cranston Police Officers arrested Brandon Danzer, 20, of 72 Clark Ave., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at his home address. According to police, Danzer was awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
NO CONTACT VIOLATION
Around 6 p.m., May 9, Cranston Police Officers arrested Sension Jimenez, 30 of 300 Smithfield Road, North Providence, for a single count of Violation of a No Contact Order (NCO), third violation or greater, according to police. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop in the area of Narragansett Boulevard and Ohio Avenue “as a result of a FLOCK hit for an A&A out of our department,” according to Cranston Police. Jimenez was held for arraignment as a violator.
DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Around 8:26 p.m., May 9, Cranston Police Officers arrested Jason Jones, 30 (No Permanent Address, according to police) for one count of Domestic Vandalism, and one count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at Lowes. Jones was held for arraignment as a probation or parole “violator,” according to police.
INDECENT MATERIAL
Around 7:15 a.m., May 9, Cranston Police Officers arrested Raymond Espinal, 22, of 56 Tennyson Road, Cranston, for Unauthorized Dissemination of Indecent Material. The arrest was the result of an arrest and affidavit warrant issued by the Special Victims Unit. Espinal was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
VANDALISM
At 1:58 p.m., May 9, Cranston Police Officers arrested Raymond Sepe, 62, of 10 Briggs St., Cranston, for Vandalism. The arrest was the result of Woonsocket PD turning him over on an arrest and affidavit warrant issued by this department. Sepe was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
DRUG POSSESSION
Around 2:58 p.m., May 8, Cranston Police Officers arrested Michael B. Moore, 65, of 10041 US Highway, Merino, Colorado, for Possession of a Schedule I-V Substance (Codeine) as a result of a traffic stop on Oaklawn Avenue. According to police, Moore was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace.
ASSAULT
At 6:57 p.m., May 8, Cranston Police Officers arrested Melissa Valvo, 39, and James Blackburn, 42, of 11 Castaldi Drive, Johnston, for three counts of Simple Assault and one count of Domestic Simple Assault as a result of an Affidavit Warrant pick up at Johnston Police Headquarters. Valvo and Blackburn were both arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace, according to the Cranston Police arrest log.
SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE
At 11:43 a.m., May 8, Cranston Police Officers arrested Howard Crosby, 45, of 191 Clarence St., Apt. 11, Cranston, for Sex Offender Address Change. The arrest was the result of an arrest and affidavit warrant issued by SVU and Woonsocket Police turning him over to CPD custody, according to police. Crosby was awaiting arraignment.
NO CONTACT VIOLATION
At 10:11 a.m., May 7, Cranston Police Detectives arrested Jean F. York, 60, of 34 Grantland Road, for violation of a No Contact Order (NCO). The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation at the above address. York was awaiting arraignment as an alleged probation or parole violator.
DUI
At 11:21 p.m., May 6, Cranston Police Officers arrested Savy Yon, 42, of 173 Pleasant St., Apt. 2, Cranston, for DUI (1st Offense, BAC 0.15 or Greater) as the result of a traffic top on Park Avenue. According to Cranston Police, breath test results showed BAC at 0.238 and 0.224. Yon was held for morning court.
NO CONTACT VIOLATION
At 3:42 p.m., May 6, Cranston Police Officers arrested Marcos Gonzalez, 39, of 137 Valley St., Providence, for Violation of a No Contact Order and three Superior Court Full Bench Warrants. His arrest was the result of Rhode Island State Police turning the suspect over based on a previously issued arrest warrant. Gonzalez was waiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
WARRANT ARREST
At 6:27 p.m., May 5, Cranston Police Officers arrested Justin Prout, 41, of 24 Bracken St., Cranston, for an outstanding Superior Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of suspicious activity in the area of Stop and Shop, at 204 Garfield Ave., according to police. Prout was transported to ACI Intake.
