Around 8:38 p.m., May 27, Cranston Police Officers arrested Crystal Palardy, 37 of 401 Knight St., Warwick, for an arrest warrant for breaking and entering of a dwelling when the resident is home. The arrest is the result of a Warwick PD arrest, according to Cranston Police. Palardy was awaiting arraignment as an alleged parole or probation violator, according to Cranston Police.
LARCENY
At 8 a.m., May 27 Cranston Police Officers arrested Adam Bertsch, 33, of 71 Grantland Road Cranston, for Larceny Under $1,500. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the Mesa Café, 100 Rolfe St. Bertsch was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, according to Cranston Police.
SHOPLIFTING
Around 2:09 p.m., May 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Meghan Pardee, 32, of 63 Depasquale Ave., Apt. 3BB, Providence, for Shoplifting, three Superior Court Bench Warrants, and one 3rd District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Walmart, 1776 Plainfield Pike. Pardee was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI (Violator), according to Cranston Police.
SHOPLIFTING
Around 3:42 p.m., May 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Tobin Ferretti, 27, of 63 Depasquale Ave., Apt. 3BB, Providence, for two counts of Felony Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of the suspect responding to Cranston Police HQ and being taken into custody on a previously issued arrest warrant. Ferretti was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI (Violator), according to Cranston Police.
VANDALISM
At 5:58 p.m., May 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Deborah Aponte, 53, of 82 Hawthorne Ave., Cranston, for two counts of Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 88 Hawthorne Ave. Aponte was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released, according to Cranston Police.
DUI
At 9 p.m., May 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Joseph Trott, 43, for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) (1st Offense, BAC Unknown), Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test, and Duty to Stop (Accident Resulting, Damage to Attended Vehicle) following a call for service on Reservoir Avenue at Woodridge Road. Trott was held for morning arraignment as a bail or probation violator, according to Cranston Police.

Around 2:39 a.m., May 25, Cranston Police Officers arrested Brandon Vargas, 25, of 51 Andrews Ave., West Warwick, for DUI (1st Offense, BAC Unknown) and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test as a result of an accident investigation on Atwood Avenue. Vargas was held for morning arraignment, according to Cranston Police.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
Around 3:14 p.m., May 23, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alyssa Carr, 38, of 1228 Narragansett Boulevard, Apt. 2, Cranston, for one count of Domestic Simple Assault/Battery and one count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call on Narragansett Boulevard. Carr was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
STOLEN GOODS
Around 6:20 p.m., May 23, Cranston Police Officers arrested four suspects from New Jersey after an alleged shoplifting incident at Marshall’s, 1400 Oaklawn Ave., and a subsequent motor vehicle stop.
Cranston Police identified the suspects as Yoshua Villafuerte Cordova, 21, of 146 Delavan Ave., Newark; Yahira Kristel Inga Silva, 20, of 45 Carol Street Apt. 4, Patterson; Lucero Abigail Valentin Vargas, 20, of 137 Main Ave., Patterson; and Gian Carlo Ponce Cifuentes, 41, of 89 Delawanna Ave., Clifton, New Jersey.
All four were each charged with one felony count of Receiving Stolen Goods, one misdemeanor count of Shoplifting, and a felony count of Conspiracy, following the shoplifting incident at Marshall’s.
According to Cranston Police, they were all arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
VANDALISM
Around 9:30 p.m., May 22, Cranston Police Officers arrested Holly Hinkson, 34, of 11 Highview Drive, West Warwick, for one count of Vandalism/Malicious Damage to Property. The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent arrest by Warwick Police. Hinkson was held for Arraignment as a Probation Violator, according to Cranston Police.
NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION
Around 6:03 p.m., Cranston Police arrested Raymond Sinclair, 36, of 49 Mountain Ave., East Providence, for one count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct and one count of Violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the Econo Lodge, 101 New London Ave., according to police. Sinclair was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to ACI Intake as a Bail Violator, according to Cranston Police.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT OF A SENIOR
Around 3:19 p.m., May 22, Cranston Police Officers arrested Richard P. Magnone, 50, of 11 Youlden Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, for one count of Domestic Assault on Persons over 60 Causing Bodily Injury, one count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and one count of Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at Magnone’s home address, according to police. Magnone was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to ACI Intake as a Bail Violator.
