DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 5:33 p.m. on June 12, Cranston Police arrested Deyanira Cintron, 28, of 8 Bodell Ave., Apt. 4, Providence, on charges of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 242 Park Ave. Cintron was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 5:33 p.m. on June 12, Cranston Police arrested Ashley Escobar, 27, of 224 Park Ave., Apt. 2 Cranston, on charges of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 242 Park Ave. Escobar was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.


FALSE INFORMATION

At 7:50 p.m. on June 12, Cranston Police arrested Eduardo Madrid, 30, of No Permanent Address, on charges of Providing False Information to 911 and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the intersection of Dyer Avenue and Dunedin Street. Madrid awaited arraignment as a Violator (Bail).


ARSON

On June 9, 2022, the Statewide Grand Jury returned an indictment charging Lawrence Lopez, 62, of Cranston with one count of first-degree arson. The alleged act occurred in the town of Foster sometime on April 1, 2022. The Foster Police Department conducted the investigation. The defendant is currently being held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions (ACI) and is scheduled to be arraigned on June 13, 2022, in Providence County Superior Court.


SEX OFFENDER

At 10:54 p.m. on June 9, Cranston Police arrested Daniel Williams, 56, of no permanent address on charges of Sex Offender Address Change Required. The arrest was the result of a warrant pickup at Harrington Hall. Williams was held for morning arraignment.


ASSAULT

At 2:45 p.m. on June 9, Cranston Police arrested Indea Smith, 31, of 133 Farmington Ave., Apt. 3, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and/or Battery and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Smith was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.


CYBERSTALKING

At 7:51 a.m. on June 9, Cranston Police arrested Nico Puleo, 29, of 109 Summer St., Providence, on charges of Cyberstalking and Cyber harassment. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 9 Fortini St. Puleo was transported to Third District Court for arraignment.


CHILD ABUSE

At 9:24 a.m. on June 8, Cranston Police arrested Yulenny M. Rodriguez, 36, of 575 Dyer Ave., Cranston, on charges of Second degree child abuse as a result of the suspect turning herself into headquarters on a Cranston Police Department Affidavit & Arrest warrant issued after investigation. Rodriguez was transported to Third District Court for arraignment.


WARRANT

At 3:47 p.m. on June 12, Cranston Police arrested Ayanna Williams, 33, of 1 Glasgow St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop at the intersection of Farmington Avenue and Terrace Avenue. Williams was admitted at Women and Infants Hospital and awaited the arrival of sheriffs to transfer custody.

At 3:36 p.m. on June 11, Cranston Police arrested Kyle Rebello, 40, of 111 Oaklawn Ave., Cranston, on a Court Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 111 Oaklawn Ave. Rebello was taken to the ACI.

At 10:29 a.m. on June 7, Cranston Police arrested Johnny Souphida, 32, of 243 Jewett St., Providence, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving/Eluding & Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty as a result of the suspect turning himself in at headquarters. Souphida was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 11:09 p.m. on June 6, Cranston Police arrested Ellyn Harden, 43, of 341 Namquid Drive, Warwick, on a Cranston Police Arrest Warrant for shoplifting. The arrest was a result of a Bristol Police arrest. Harden awaited arraignment.

At 6:40 p.m. on June 6, Cranston Police arrested Bryan Dixon, 38, of 145 Archambault Ave., West Warwick, on a Third District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for a suspicious person in the area of Oaklawn Avenue and Dean Parkway. Dixon was transferred to ACI Intake.

At 1:02 p.m. on June 6, Cranston Police arrested Adam Argueta, 22, of 54 Arrowfield Road, Cranston, on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant as a result of a wellbeing check at 54 Arrowfield Road. Argueta was transferred to the ACI.

At 8:55 a.m. on June 6, Cranston Police arrested Josiah M. Miller, 22, of 51 Hamlin St., Apt. 3, Providence, on a Providence Police Arrest Warrant as a result of a traffic stop at 247 Garfield Ave. Miller was transferred to the Providence Police Department.


SHOPLIFTING

At noon on June 6, Cranston Police arrested Jalisa Iris Marte, 31, of 130 Jewett St., Apt. 3, Providence, on charges of Shoplifting & Conspiracy as a result of a shoplifting call at Lowe’s on Garfield Avenue. Marte awaited arraignment.

At noon on June 6, Cranston Police arrested Lynn Turner, 31, of 93 Atwells Ave., Apt. 3B, Providence, on charges of Shoplifting & Conspiracy as a result of a shoplifting call at Lowe’s on Garfield Avenue. Turner awaited arraignment.
