On 09/03/23 at approximately 0259 hrs., Officers arrested Isabel Taveras (39), of 181 Harrisville Main St. Apt. B1 Burrillville RI, for Domestic Breaking and Entering, Domestic Simple Assault, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for suspicious activity at 75 Independence Way apt. 30307.

Disorderly Conduct

On 9/3/23 at approximately 1956 HRS., Officers arrested Jeanine Dasilva, 32, of 154 Evergreen Dr #54 E. Providence, charging her with one (1) count of Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was a result of a call for service at 53 Carman St.

On 09/07/23 at 0521 hours, Officers arrested David Nimblett, 60, of 10 East St. #306, Cranston, RI under the 24-hour domestic rule for Domestic Simple Assault/Battery and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Arrest is the result of a call for service at the above address and locating Nimblett within the residence.

DUI

On 9/10/23 at 1502 hrs., Officers arrested Esperanza Velasquez Rivas, 25, of 200 Whittier Ave. Providence, RI for DUI of Liquor-.15 or greater (.233-.231). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Reservoir Ave. and Legion Way. 

Larceny

On 9/07/2023 at 1451 hours, Officers arrested Richard Lombardi (56) of 232 Norwood Ave, Cranston RI, for Larceny Over $1500. The arrest was a result of a previously issued Affidavit and Arrest warrant out of the Cranston Police Dept. 

Military Desertion

On 09/05/23 at 2148hrs, Officer arrested David J. Pellegrino, 21 of 548 N Dellrose St Wichita, KS for Military desertion. The arrest was the result of a flock camera hit for Pellegrino who has an arrest warrant out of the US Military. 

Shoplifting

On 9/8/2023 at 0915 hours Detectives arrested Francesca Marie Saville, 30, of Sharon St., Providence for (1) count of shoplifting as a result of an investigation from Sephora and issuance of a Cranston Police Department affidavit and arrest warrant.

Violation of No Contact Order

On 09/01/23 at approximately 0348 hrs., Officers arrested Alfred Chesier (43) of 441 Woonasquatucket Ave. Apt. 2 North Providence RI, for Domestic Violation of No Contact Order, and Domestic Violation of a Protection Order (Family Court issued). The arrest was the result of North Providence Police conducting an attempted pick up in their town for a 24 hr Domestic Bolo that originated from our city.
