POSSESSION OF DRUGS

On Sept. 26 at 11:36 p.m., officers arrested a Massachusetts resident on a charge of Possession of Sched I‐V (under 10 grams). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cranston at Dyer Ave.  The arrestee was held for morning arraignment as a violator.

FIRING IN A COMPACT AREA

On Sept. 25 at 10:50 p.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident on charges of License/Permit Req for Carrying a Pistol, Large Capacity Feeding Devices Prohibited, and Firing in a Compact Area. The arrest was the result of a shots-fired call in the area of 116 Budlong Rd. and subsequent investigation. The arrestee was held for arraignment at 3rd District Court.

RECKLESS DRIVING

On Sept. 24 at 12:19 p.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident on charges of violating a domestic no-contact order, reckless driving, obstruction of justice, and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. The arrest was the result of a FLOCK license-plate camera and subsequent motor-vehicle stop. The arrestee was awaiting arraignment by the Justice of the Peace.
