DWI
On Oct. 5 at 6:36 p.m., officers arrested a Johnston resident on charges of DWI of Drugs / Alcohol – 2nd Offense – BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test – 2nd Offense. The arrest was the result of a call for service on Budlong Road. The arrestee was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
DWI
On Oct. 4 at 10:51 a.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident on charges of DWI – Drugs / Alcohol – 2nd Offense – BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a call for service on Meshanticut Valley Parkway. The arrestee was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.
DWI
On Oct. 3 at 6:43 p.m., officers arrested a Scituate resident on charges of DWI of Drugs / Alcohol – 1st Offense – BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Park Avenue and Route 10 North. The arrestee was awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.
DUI
On Oct. 2 at 10:20 p.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident on charges of DUI-1st Offense-BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of an accident investigation on Park Ave. The arrestee was held for morning arraignment.
SIMPLE ASSAULT
On Oct. 1 at 5:13 p.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident on charges of Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance at CCAP, 1090 Cranston St. The arrestee was summonsed and released into the care of Roger Williams Hospital.
DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On Oct. 1 at 8:24 p.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident at 20 Oak St. on charges of Domestic Refusal to Relinquish the Telephone, Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a domestic violence investigation at 20 Oak St. The arrestee was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.
DRUG POSSESSION
On Sept. 30 at 9:02 a.m., officers arrested a Cranston resident on charges of Manuf/Deliver/Possess w/Intent to Deliver Schedule I/II (Cocaine), Manuf/Deliver/Possess w/Intent to Deliver Schedule I/II (Amphetamines), Manuf/Deliver/Possess w/Intent to Deliver in/near Schools and Maintaining a Common Nuisance/Controlled Substances. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Special Investigations Unit. The arrestee was taken to District Court for arraignment
