STOLEN VEHICLE

At 2 a.m. on Nov. 13, Cranston Police arrested Kyle Burlety, 29, of 10 Hill Farm Road, Coventry, on charges of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle, Possession of Schedule I-V and an Arrest Warrant from the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a car stop at 750 Wellington Ave. Burlety was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

 


NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

At 10:05 a.m. on Nov. 12, Cranston Police arrested Michelle Corbin, 19, of 92 Tallman Ave., on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order as a result of a call for service. Corbin was a bail violator awaiting arraignment.

 


DUI

At 8:13 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Paul Shanahan, 43, of 502 Wellington Ave., Cranston on charges of DUI – BAC unknown (first offense) as a result of an accident investigation on Burlingame Road. Shanahan was held for morning arraignment.

 


PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION

At 8:49 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested John Carlton, 50, of 1 Nicole Court, Smithfield, on charges of Domestic Violation of a Protective Order (three counts) as a result of a violation of a restraining order investigation. Carlton was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

 


WARRANT

At 8:48 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Ryan Tellier, 47, of no known address on five Superior Court Bench Warrants as a result of a suspicious persons call at Marchetti’s Restaurant on Park Avenue. Tellier was transported to the ACI.

 


DRUG POSSESSION

At 12:28 p.m. on Nov. 11, Cranston Police arrested Bryan J. Molina, 21, of 518 Douglas Ave., Providence, on charges of Possession Schedule I-V as a result of an assist to the Providence Police Department at 36 A St. Molina was held for arraignment by the Justice of the Peace.

 


OBSTRUCTING OFFICER

At 12:28 p.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Zachary M. Caparco, 21, of 36 A St., Cranston, on charges of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest as a result of an assist to the Providence Police Department at 36 A St. Caparco was held for arraignment.

 


BREAKING AND ENTERING

At 2:39 p.m. on Nov. 14, Cranston Police arrested Natoria Smith-Muskelly, 18, of 600 Mt. Pleasant Ave., Apt. D39, Providence, on charges of Breaking and Entering a Dwelling, Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of a breaking and entering at 185 Norwood Ave. Smith Muskelly was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

At 4:49 p.m. on Nov. 9, Cranston Police arrested Lorenzo Evans, 48, of no permanent address on charges of Breaking and Entering of a Dwelling House without Consent as the result of a suspicious activity call at 2 Red Robin Road. Evans awaited arraignment as a violator.

 


ASSAULT

At 2:50 p.m. on Nov. 11, Cranston Police arrested Michelle Corbin, 19, of 92 Tallman Ave., on charges of Domestic Assault on a Person over 60 and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of an attempted pick up based on a previous incident. Corbin was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.

At 11 a.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Douglas R. Forte, 27, of 35 Benjamin Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 35 Benjamin Ave. Forte was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 11:51 a.m. on Nov. 10, Cranston Police arrested Roy K. Erb, 66, of 584 Atwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault as a result of a disturbance call at 584 Atwood Ave. Erb was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 6:06 p.m. on Nov. 9, Cranston Police arrested Aisha Walters, 34, of 28 Haswill St., Warwick, on Cranston warrants of Assault on a Person over 60, Simple Assault, Refusal to Relinquish a Telephone and Disorderly Conduct as the result of Warwick Police Department arresting her on the Cranston warrants. Walters was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.
