WARRANT ARREST 

On Dec. 3, at 12:05 a.m., officers arrested Emilio Duverge, 23, of 115 Cranston St., Providence for a Superior Court full bench warrant. The arrest is the result of a traffic stop on Cranston St. at Webster Ave.  Duverge was transported to ACI Intake. 

DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT

On Dec. 3, at 12:31 a.m., officers arrested Aidan Kirwin, 19, of 10 Ashbrook Dr., Cranston for Domestic Simple Assault, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest is the result of a call for a disturbance at 400 Meshanticut Valley Pkwy. Kirwin was held for morning arraignment. 

DUI

On Dec. 2 at 1:44 p.m., officers arrested Leon Halley, 55, of 32 Sylvan St., Central Falls for (1) count of Driving Under the Influence of Liquor or Drugs .15 or greater 1st Offense BAC (0.256 -0.251) The arrest was a result of a proactive traffic stop. Halley was arraigned by Bail Commissioner and released.  


RECKLESS DRIVING

On Dec. 2 around 12:56 p.m., officers arrested Anthony McMahon, 32, of 15 Mill St., Newport, for Reckless Driving/Eluding Police and Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty. The arrest was the result of 6th District Court turning him over to us on an arrest and affidavit warrant. 


SIMPLE ASSAULT & BATTERY  

On Nov. 20 at 5:53 p.m., officers arrested James W. Greulich, 25, of 22 Villa Ave., Cranston for (1) count of Simple Assault and Battery. The arrest was a result of Greulich turning himself in to CPD Headquarters on a previously issued Affidavit and Arrest warrant. 
Greulich was arraigned by Bail Commissioner and released.



POSSESSION OF A STOLEN VEHICLE  

On Nov. 30, officers arrested Peter Moniz, 45, of 240 Smith St., Cranston for Possession of a Stolen Vehicle. Arrest was the result of MV stop on Park Av. Moniz was awaiting arraignment pending arrival of Justice of the Peace.


WARRANT ARREST  

On Nov. 30 at 3:10 a.m., officers arrested Dennis Prout, 55, of 24 Chestnut Hill Ave., Cranston for a Superior Court Bench Warrant as a result of a suspicious activity call at Season’s Corner Market, 777 Cranston St. Prout was transported to Men’s Intake.


SHOPLIFTING

On Nov. 30 at 3:47 a.m., officers arrested Christine Hernandez, 41, of 24 Chestnut Hill Ave., Cranston for Shoplifting as a result of a suspicious activity call at Season’s Corner Market, 777 Cranston St. Hernandez was held for morning arraignment.


WILLFUL TRESPASS 

On Nov. 30 at 6:17 a.m., officers arrested Ibrahima Cesay, 31, of Harrington Hall, 30 Howard Ave., Cranston for Willful Trespass as a result of an Affidavit Arrest Warrant pickup from Providence Police. Cesay was held for morning arraignment.



OBSTRUCTION OF OFFICERS

On Nov. 28 around 10:40 p.m., officers arrested Louis Richard Feinstein, 21, of 41 Alhambra Circle, Cranston, charging him with one (1) count of Obstruction of Officers in Execution of Duty. The arrest was a result of a B&E investigation at 39 Malvern St. 


DUI

On Nov. 28 at 1:12 a.m., officers arrested Charles Nardolillo, 53, of 21 Eliza St., Providence for DUI-1st Offense-BAC Unknown and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test as a result of a traffic stop on Reservoir Ave. Charles Nardolillo was held for morning arraignment as a Bail Violator.  

 

SUSPENDED LICENSE

On Nov. 27, at 11:30 a.m., officers arrested Max Walters, 46, of 235 Curry Road, Cranston for Driving on a Suspended License 4th/Greater and an outstanding 3rd District Court bench warrant. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the area of 177 Curry Road. Walters was transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment. 


DOMESTIC FELONY ASSAULT

On Nov. 27 at 2:53 a.m., officers arrested Julian Schultz, 22, of 177 Bluff Ave., Cranston for Domestic Felony Assault as a result of a domestic disturbance at the aforementioned address. Schultz was held for morning Court.


FELONY SHOPLIFTING

On Nov. 26 around 3:24 p.m., officers arrested Paige James, 31, of 218 Vine St. Hartford, Connecticut for Felony Shoplifting and Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of this subject being turned over to Cranston Police at 3rd District Court. James was arraigned at 3rd District Court. 

 

NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION


On Nov. 26 around 3:29 p.m., officers arrested Stanley Rowe, 44, of 939 Bernon St., Woonsocket for Domestic Violation of No Contact Order 3rd/Greater. The arrest was the result of this subject being turned over to Cranston Police at 3rd District Court. 

NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

On Nov. 26 around 9:26 p.m., officers arrested Christopher Paquin, 44, of 42 Nichols St., Cranston for Violation of a No Contact Order and a Fugitive from Justice warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Paquin was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI Intake Center. 

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT & DOMESTIC DISORDERLY CONDUCT


On Nov. 26 around 1:12 p.m., officers arrested Eric Johnson, 53, of 93 Elena St., Cranston for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a pickup on a previously issued arrest and affidavit warrant out of this department.
