DRUG POSSESSION

At 10:50 a.m. on Nov. 20, Cranston Police arrested Dylan Pellegrino, 30, of 6 Belfield Drive, Johnston on charges of Possession of Schedule II Under 10 grams, Possession of Marijuana more than two ounces, and five Superior Court Bench Warrants. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop. Pellegrino awaited arraignment by a Justice of the Peace as a bail violator.


DUI

At 12:31 p.m. on Nov. 18, Cranston Police arrested Nathaniel Martinez, 25, of 118 Majestic Ave., Warwick, on charges of DUI, Breathalyzer Refusal, Reckless Driving and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a car stop on Post Road. Martinez awaited arraignment.


ASSAULT

At 1:31 a.m. on Nov. 21, Cranston Police arrested Anthony Tejada Lizardo, 33, of 93 Crescent Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Lizardo awaited arraignment. 

At 5:48 p.m. on Nov. 20, Cranston Police arrested Jose Munoz, 20, of 1512 Elmwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Failure to Relinquish the Telephone and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service. Munoz was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.

At 2:54 p.m. on Nov. 18, Cranston Police arrested Rebecca Dzikiewicz, 41, of 101 New London Ave., Apt. 127, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a call for service at 645 Reservoir Ave. Dzikiewicz awaited arraignment.

At 8:04 p.m. on Nov. 17, Cranston Police arrested DJ Chargualap, 29, of 27 Mapleton St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault/Battery (one count), Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Damage (one count) and Domestic Disorderly Conduct (one count). The arrest was the result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Chargualap was held for arraignment.


PROTECTIVE ORDER VIOLATION

At 2:10 p.m. on Nov. 17, Cranston Police arrested Darren Gomes, 40, of 90 Tennyson Road, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Violation of a Protective Order (one count) and an Outstanding Arrest and Affidavit Warrant issued by the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a Keep the Peace at the aforementioned address and previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant. Gomes was held for arraignment as a probation violator.


WARRANT

At 10:49 a.m. on Nov. 20, Cranston Police arrested Philip Jacques, 42, of 32 Packard Ave., North Providence, on a Cranston Police Department Arrest and Affidavit Warrant for Larceny under $1,500 (one count). The arrest was the result of Rhode Island State Police arresting him on Cranston Police Department’s warrant. Jacques awaited arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

At 11:15 a.m. on Nov. 18, Cranston Police arrested Rose Roderick, 60, of 85 Briggs St., Apt. 1201, Cranston on a Cranston Police Department Arrest and Affidavit Warrant on charges of Assault on a Person over 60 Causing Bodily Injury (one count). The arrest was the result of a call for service at 85 Briggs St. Roderick awaited arraignment by a Justice of the Peace.

At 10:25 p.m. on Nov. 16, Cranston Police arrested Bruce Johnson, 56, homeless on a Cranston Police Department Arrest Warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. The arrest was the result of a Flock hit. Johnston awaited arraignment.

At 10:10 a.m. on Nov. 15, Cranston Police arrested Emmanuel G. Monroe, 35, of 38 Phebe St., Apt. 1B, Providence on a Pawtucket Police Department Arrest Warrant as a result of a call for service at 670 New London Ave. Monroe was transferred to the Pawtucket Police Department.


CYBERSTALKING

At 1:50 p.m. on Nov. 15, Cranston Police arrested Thomas Barker, 40, of 96A Warner St., Apt. A, Newport, on charges of Domestic Cyberstalking and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as the result of the arrestee turning himself in based on a previous incident. Barker was arraigned and transported to the ACI as a bail violator.


SHOPLIFTING

At 4:49 p.m. on Nov. 20, Cranston Police arrested Jessica Gianfrancesco, 34, of 184 Babcock St., Providence, on charges of Felony Shoplifting and seven Superior Court Bench Warrants. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Walmart on Plainfield Pike. Gianfrancesco was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and transported to Intake.

At 3:41 p.m. on Nov. 15, Cranston Police arrested Tabitha Morgan, 34, of 302 Pontiac Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, on charges of Shoplifting as the result of a shoplifting call at Dave’s Marketplace on Pontiac Avenue. Morgan was arraigned by a bail commissioner and released.
