Couple cashed in Lucky for Life

According to the Rhode Island Lottery, a couple from Cranston claimed the $25,000 a Year for Life prize from April 19, 2025, Lucky for Life® drawing.

They chose the lump sum option of $390,000.

The lottery said, the couple bought the ticket on a whim at Atwood Wine & Spirits in Cranston.

The couple also said they plan to “live a little easier now” and look forward to spending more time enjoying life with their children and grandchildren.

As of the newspapers deadline, a $50,000 winning Powerball ticket from April 16, 2025, drawing remains uncashed. It was purchased at Marty’s Liquors, 945 Namquid Drive in Warwick.

Lucky Life drawings take place nightly at 10:38 p.m. and can be viewed at rilot.com/luckyforlife. Tickets are available daily at Lottery retailers until 9:30 p.m.
