    Plaintiff’s Motion for an Order of Notice is allowed.  The plaintiff may publish this Order in the Boston Herald newspaper of Boston, MA, and the Cranston Herald newspaper of Cranston, RI, once weekly, three weeks in succession, to provide proper notice to the Defendants, D&K Market and Ammar Khddam Jame, of the above captioned matter pursuant to M.G.L. c. 227 § 7 and Mass. R. Civ. P. Rule 4(e).
