5 Year Consolidated Plan 2020-2025

This public hearing will be held to update the residents of the City of Cranston. 

The City invites the Public to discuss issues concerning the Five Year Community Development Consolidated Plan. The input received at this Public Meeting will assist in the review of the strategic Consolidated Plan.to determine housing and community development needs for the City of Cranston.

            The Consolidated Community Plan is a five-year guide for resource allocation and will address:

• Affordable Housing,  Rehabilitation of existing Housing Stock and other related housing topics
• Neighborhood Development
• Services for Youth and the Elderly
• Economic Development including Job Creation
• City support of Public Services Organizations, both private and non-profit
• Fair Housing Services
• Homeless Services
• Chronically Homeless
