The Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP) desires to invite Roofing Contractors to submit sealed bids for a Roof Replacement at 311 Doric Avenue, Cranston, Rhode Island attention to the CCAP Administration office, 311 Doric Ave., Cranston RI 02910 before 10:00 A.M. on Friday, July 10, 2020. The bids will be opened privately by the Owner.
The Owner will hold a mandatory prebid Walk-through of the roof 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
This is a commercial roof replacement including removal of existing roof ballast.
A brief outline of the work required will be handed out the day of the walk-through.
