NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RHODE ISLAND AIRPORT CORPORATION
SEMI-ANNUAL REVIEW OF
PERMANENT NOISE MONITORING ACT

A semi-annual public hearing to present findings in compliance with the Permanent Noise Monitoring Act (R.I. General Laws 1-5-1 et seq.), on Federal Aviation Administration, Part 150 noise abatement measures will be held by The Rhode Island Airport Corporation (RIAC) on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 12:00 p.m.
Please note this will be a virtual/online meeting using audio format only with no video. There will be no public gathering location and all attendees will be calling in from remote locations.
The Zoom Meeting link, conference line number, and presentation related to this hearing will be posted on Friday October 9, 2020, which can be accessed by proceeding to the www.pvdairport.com and clicking on Public Meetings button within the Corporate tab. 2. Public Comment Period: Note - those that would like to make public comment, please call 401-691-2498 or email acahill@pvdairport.com by noon October 9, 2020. Please provide whether you will attend via Zoom or call in only and provide your name and phone number, or email, so that we may unmute your line to speak. Your name will be called upon in the order received to begin your public comment. There is a 5 minute time limit per speaker.
