A yard sale was held outside the Cranston Animal Shelter this past weekend to raise funds to benefit animals. Friends of Homeless Animals RI, or FOHA RI, is dedicated to rescuing dogs, cats and small animals and saving them from kill shelters. They also work to connect homeless pets to loving parents and welcoming homes.
FOHA RI is a nonprofit and volunteer-run organization. They estimate about 100 visitors stopped to make purchases, meet pets that were there on location and make donations. For further information, visit fohari.org or find the group on Facebook.
