Rhode Island National Guard Capt. Regan Keenan is presented the Meritorious Service Medal for exceptional achievement from Lt. Col. Brenton Groeneveld on June 30 at Camp Fogarty in East Greenwich. Keenan served as the officer in charge in the Sockanosset vaccination point of distribution. The medal was presented as part of a ceremony honoring service members who have demonstrated and sustained superior leadership while serving in the medical community in the Rhode Island National Guard.
