Post-Christmas walk
While many visited the malls, Garden City and other retail establishments on Sunday to return gifts or simply enjoyed the post-Christmas slow down there were those like Emily Fessler who knew others were counting on them to do their jobs. Emily works at the Heart of Rhode Island Animal Rescue League, 44 Worthington Rd. and made sure that Dino, who greeted a visitor with a stand up on his hind legs reception, and other dogs waiting adoption got their walks.
