On Wednesday, March 17, a formal ribbon-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate the opening of L.A. Bailey’s Café’s new location at 1458 Park Ave. in Cranston. The business, owned by Laurie Keough, was previously located in North Providence. Present for the ribbon-cutting were, from left, state Sen.
