Rhode Island’s presidential preference primary, initially scheduled for late April, was delayed until Tuesday due to the pandemic, and while most voting was done by mail, two polling locations – Western Hills Middle School and the Scottish Rite Masonic Lodge – were open in Cranston for those casting ballots in person.
