Cranston Mayor Ken Hopkins had some special guests visit city hall, as the Cranston Western Little League 10-year-old All-Stars made the trip to receive special citations for their efforts this summer. The CWLL 10’s won the state championship in July and would go on to play in the regional tournament, taking third overall. The team included: Ashton Pelagalli, Nolan Winters, Kameron Monahan, Brad Dempsey, Ethan Knowles, Will Moretta, Brooklyn Bank, Nazlin Benzan, Joey “Polar Bear” Travisono, J.J. Hamilton, Tommy Glasgow, Aydenn Reyes, Jacoby Cruz, and Logan Saraiva. Coaches were Sean Hart, Steve Rocchio and Marc Pelagalli. (Submitted photo)
