Stimulate your senses with paintings and aromatherapy

Have you noticed that people are exploring their inner creativity? With more time on our hands we are trying out new hobbies.

I first realized this when I went to the market to get flour back in April. It seems all of Rhode Island was baking!

I’ve also noticed many friends have started painting. They’ve discovered that not only is it relaxing, the new techniques that are available can help even the artistically challenged make some beautiful creations. Go to any art store like Michaels or JoAnn’s Fabrics and you will see that the shelves are bare!

Much to my dismay, I also found that the products I use to make aromatherapy products were harder to get. Making aromatherapy products has been something I’ve done for decades. I make soaps, body butters, scrubs and sprays. I’ve sold them at my salon, local fairs and to guests that stayed in my bed-and-breakfast.

I was shocked to find out that the ingredients that I had ordered for decades, were now backordered, and in some instances, impossible to get. I also saw that the prices of some things had more than doubled! Products that would normally arrive in one week took four to six weeks to arrive!

Finally, I received all my items and am back in business. Come join us and stimulate your senses with homemade paintings by Lynne and aromatherapy products like soaps, body butters, sprays and scrubs by me!

Made with pure essential oils, these products have been proven to aid in relaxation and offer anti-aging properties. Update your décor with beautiful paint and pour creations!

Enjoy a beautiful fall day and with the holidays right around the corner, it’s never too early to start shopping. Get in the mood and get some early holiday shopping done!

When: Sunday, Oct. 11, 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Where: 450 Pequot Ave,, Warwick.
