APPEAL OF THE DECISION OF AN ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
AN APPEAL HAS BEEN TAKEN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CITY OF CRANSTON MUNICIPAL CODE TITLE 17, SECTION 17.116.010- APPEAL POWERS FOR THE SUBJECT PROPERTY LOCATED AT 130 Wollaston Street and 0 Wollaston Street; A.P 9, lots 318 & 317; area 6,400 sf; zoned B1. The Zoning Official has determined that the subject parcels were previously merged for the required lot size of a two-family dwelling in accordance with 17.20.090(A)- Specific Requirements.
JOHN KENNETH HORTON/ IRENE NIRUPA HORTON TRUSTEES (OWN) and JUAN CATALA (APP) have filed an application to raze an existing garage and to construct a new accessory dwelling unit without the required setbacks at 20 Swift Street; A.P. 2, lot 3120; area 3,827 sf; zoned A6. The applicant seeks relief per 17.92.010-Variances, Sections17.20.120 - Schedule of Intensity Regulations.
RHODE ISLAND CUSTOM BUILDERS, LLC (OWN) and DAVID JOHNSTON (APP) have filed an application to request permission to leave an existing two-family dwelling on an undersized lot and to separate a contiguous under-sized lot to construct a new single-family dwelling at 130 Wollaston Street, A.P. 9, lots 317 &318; area 6,400 sf; zoned B1. Applicant seeks relief per 17.92.010- Variance; Sections 17.20.120- Schedule of Intensity, 17.20.090 (A)- Specific Requirements.
COLBEA ENTERPRISES (OWN) and LOUIS BARONE III (APP) have applied to the Board to install a new monument sign and exceeding the allowable total sign area at 2050 Plainfield Pike, A.P. 36, lot 117; area 1.6 ac; zoned C5. Applicant seeks relief per Section 17.92.010-Variance; Sections 17.72.010 - Signs.
